Foundation Basics
The Sacred Vase
The Vase Breath is the foundational technique of the whole system of Tsa-Lung-Tigle.
It is the foundational breathwork of the whole Body Mandala Yoga Research Project.
Paired with the Technique is the recognition of the three alchemical sensations to learn to distinguish in the non-conceptual experience of our body the channels, the winds and the 2 aspects of the tigle.
The Alchemy of Awakening
This is a Long Masterclass that serve as a introduction to the whole Path of Vajrayana Inner Alchemy.
Apart of giving a taste of the different alchemical procedures it establish the correct View of the Practice that is generally called “Pure Perception”.
Vajrayana Tantra, often referred to as "the resultant path," is not about achieving a specific state; it's about awakening to the ever-present, blissful, enlightened nature of our reality. It's a path to enlightenment that doesn't require going somewhere else – it's about discovering and arriving in embodied blissful vibration of the present moment.
Level 1 - Channels and Inner Currents
In the teachings of the Channels and Inner currents we focus on awakeing our energetic and subtle dimensions, trough inner sensations of breath, pressure and movements.
We Become healthier, stronger and lighter in our body, emotions and spirit.
Channels and Inner Currents - A Bright Lamp Illuminating the Vajrabody
A full awakening of the whole channels system of the vajra body.
We learn to lighten and pressurize the inner inner currents in the secret pathways of the body trough rare and special breathworks. combined with movement.
Awakening the innate elasticity of the energy conduits we learn how to pressurize and activate them so the blissful warm light of our energy currents can flow trough them.
We awaken the whole network of channels and Chakras.
Level 1 - Alchemical Essences
In the teachings of the alchemical essences we focus on the inner sensation of warmth and pleasure as a veichle for health, emotional integration, meditation and spiritual realization.
These are the practices where the sexual energy activation is introduced in the exercises.

We Learn how to discover, awaken and increase the Water-Father Blissful Essence of the Subtle Vajrabody.

Level 2 - Inner Mandala
In the techings of the Inner Mandala we unite the practices learnt so far and we practice full Vajrayana Inner Alchemy Sadhana.
Admitted to the level 2 are people who have some level of proficiency with level 1 Teachings
(mandatory is only The Nectar of Clear Bliss because it constitute an Initiation)
Inner Mandala - The Blissful Certainty of Profound Union
We practice with Inner the Inner consort (a visualized partner) and with the Secret Consort (meditation on the expanse of space)
The Teachings on the 2 Mudras - Janamudra and Mahamudra
A transcendental experiece: the lovemaking of the Inner Alchemical Marriage
In practice this technique is a inner yoga procedure that opens the body and mind into a state of Inner Love that transcend the boundaries of our identity.
Level 3 - Outer Mandala
Having gained confidence in relating to onself with the right view, one practice this realization in interactions with others. This level of Practice involve practicing with an outer consort partner and the extatic sacraments of the ganachakra feast.
